Sujet
- ERK p42/44 kinase detects native ERK p42/44 kinase by immunoprecipitation in rat and human (HeLa) cells. ERK p42/44 kinase is induced by mitogenic stimuli such as growth factors which function by stimulating the phosphorylation and activation of ERK p42/44 kinase resulting in new gene expression.Synonyms: ERK-1/ERK-2, Extracellular signal regulated kinase 1/2, Insulin stimulated MAP2 kinase, MAPK1/MAPK2, Microtubule associated protein 2 kinase, Mitogen activated protein kinase 1/2/3, P42/P44-MAPK
